ABOUT
=====

A 2D action platformer, inspired by oldshool NES games.  Make your last stand as the sole defender of an underground dwarf city. But this are no normal dwarfs - they evolve by consuming flesh of fallen enemies and absorbing their power. 

Will you give in to your savage instincts or choose a different path to save your people? 

My first 2D game, made as a part of a thesis for bachelor's Degree of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana.

GAMEPLAY TIPS
==============

• Move with arrows or WASD, press [SPACE] to jump, attack with [J] and [K] keys

• Eat or research corpses by standing over them and pressing [E] to eat or [R] to research. 
Doing so will give you different points and unlock different upgrades. There are two types of endings depending on what type of upgrades you unlock.

• To spawn a next wawe you have to defeat and eat (or research) all of the corpses in the current wawe.

• CHEAT CODE: type invictus anytime during gameplay to become invonurable. Type the code again to turn it off.
